This policy explains what information Simplify Billing Services collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website only; patient information we handle for clients is governed by our Business Associate Agreements and HIPAA.

Information you give us

• Contact form and chat: your name, work email, phone, practice name, facility type, state and your message.

• Chat assistant: the questions you type. Please do not share patient or personal health information in the chat or forms.

Information collected automatically

• Pages visited, time on page, referring website and campaign tags, device and browser type, and approximate location (city/region) derived from your IP address. We store a one-way hashed IP, never the raw address.

• A random visitor ID kept in your browser's local storage so we can understand repeat visits. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and you can opt out below.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide consultations.

• To understand which pages and content are useful and improve the website.

• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the website: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend) and, for chat questions not answered from our own knowledge base, an AI model provider (Google Gemini). They process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Enquiries are kept while we have a business relationship or as needed for legitimate business purposes. Website analytics are kept for up to 24 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing info@simplifybillingservices.com. You can turn off website analytics at any time using the setting below.
